My role

Prototyping, UX design, UI design, built the product from zero, version control, scalability with a pattern library and prospects of a DSM.

Sippo CRM was designed to manage daily call center routine and to complement Sippo product with a tool easy to use. User can have in this platform all it needs to manage users, to control cost and benefit, to look the statistics and to check the system.
